IRS (Integrated Reception System) example
Supplying and installing Sky Plus HD /digital terrestrial i.e.Freeview/and DAB (digital audio broadcast) or FM aerial to multiple flats all through one installation point.

Advantages
The advantages of this, are a tidy more attractive building with only one satellite dish and television aerial installation position on the building.
This type of system gives all the residents the option of having Freeview, Sky TV and DAB all through the same communal system.

As we are an ASHA, (authorised Sky homes agents) not only can we carry out the complete installation from head end to outlet plate, we can also arrange with all your residents to get the latest up to date offers and promotions available from Sky, by arranging there subscriptions with them. This can be arranged by a residents meeting at the property and letters and welcome packs, which we can distribute to residents.

Our Office Staff
Our office staff will also make as many phone calls as the residents need so they understand the whole process from how long it will take to when they can give us access to fit the equipment in their apartment. We can speak to Sky on their behalf, ordering viewing cards etc. which means we can organise everything for them until they become a Sky subscriber.

This system serves 96 flats with 5 TV channels, DTT, DAB, Sky digital & Fm.

This System is one of many that we have designed & installed as part of the
Sky Homes IRS System.

In the future all communal TV/Satellite systems will have to be upgraded to
include all of these facilities.

Good news we now have the new fracarro 32 way compact switch for smaller blocks of flats keeping the headend equipment to a minimum & your bills
